We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to own end-to-end financial support and strategy for our Corporate Functions (for example People, Legal & IT)

You will step into an evolving FP&A structure to build brand-new finance business partnering relationships from scratch with senior leaders. Working alongside our Accounting and Finance Systems teams, you will challenge spend, drive decision-making, and turn financial data into actionable strategy across a high-impact cost base.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Establish and own end-to-end finance relationships with Corporate Function leads (People, Legal, IT), acting as a trusted, strategic challenger.

• Lead forecasting, commentary on actuals, variance analysis, and budget management across key overhead areas.

• Leverage and refine our shared Pigment EPM platform to build out deep financial modeling and forecast models.

• Identify quick wins and long-term cost efficiencies within overhead spend to maximize business value.

• Establish clear, recurring monthly financial review processes and reporting frameworks that offer true decision support, not just data visibility.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• 4+ years in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering with direct experience partnering with non-finance senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record of building business partnering frameworks and stakeholder relationships from scratch with high autonomy.

• Strong Financial Modeling & Systems mindset: High proficiency in Excel/G-Suite and multi-source data; experience with Pigment or another modern EPM tool is a significant advantage.

• Commercial & Operational Acumen: Ability to quickly understand diverse cost drivers across unfamiliar functions.

• Exceptional communication skills with the drive to challenge senior leaders thoughtfully and navigate ambiguity.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
