Our Finance Systems and Data team is looking for a Back-Office Systems Lead to bridge the gap between our business processes and the tools that power them. In this role, you will take full ownership of our core ecosystem, specifically NetSuite, Pigment, and others. You will be managing various stakeholders, translating their needs into technical solutions while staying ahead of industry trends.

You will be a hands-on builder who uses SQL, JavaScript, and clever automation to solve real-world bottlenecks. 

We are open to this position being either in Estonia or in Finland.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Acting as the primary lead for our systems and processes, e.g., NetSuite, Pigment, and others

• Keeping up to date with developments, new releases, feature updates, and industry trends within NetSuite, Pigment, and the finance and manufacturing areas

• Collaborating with various stakeholders and teams across the company to gather insights and identify areas for process improvement

• Supporting internal teams with system-related issues by investigating root causes and implementing technical fixes

• Delivering solutions through system configuration or by writing custom scripts (SuiteScript/JavaScript) and SQL queries

• Prioritizing tasks and leading decision-making on whether solutions should be built internally or outsourced to external partners

• Running planning meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Assisting with data gathering and reporting while identifying and resolving gaps in data flows

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• Solid domain knowledge in finance and accounting

• Experience as a core team member on at least two integration projects between different systems

• Advanced/expert level proficiency in JavaScript and SQL

• Ability to design and implement clever solutions, including the effective use of AI tools

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience acting as the main point of contact for the business

• Proven track record of coordinating work across multiple teams, including scoping, planning, and delivery

• Ability to interpret complex business requirements into technical inputs for yourself and others

• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to take full ownership of responsible systems

• Experience acting as an administrator or configurator for an enterprise-level system 

• Analytical thinking and a commitment to data-driven decision-making

Beneficial:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Pigment

• Domain knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain within a production environment

• Practical knowledge and experience working with SOAP and REST APIs
