Ready to get hands-on with the world of autonomous robots?

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our German operations as we expand our fleet of delivery robots. We're looking for a Field Assistant to join our team at our Hamburg hub.

You will be re-deploying robots to our partner’s locations across Hamburg, as well as supporting operational and maintenance activities in the Hamburg hub.

This is an initial 3-month contract role with the potential for extension. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Deploying robots using a company car in Hamburg city
  
• Answering the phone and handling operational requests
  
• Supporting the maintenance activities in the Hamburg hub and upgrades on robots and infrastructure
  
• Supporting operational tasks and field rescues of robots
  
• Maintaining a hub-based warehouse and regular inventories
  
• Cleaning the robots and supporting ad-hoc tasks at the hub
  
• Updating tracking spreadsheets and dashboard used in day-to-day operations
  
• Carrying out routine maintenance tasks and audit checklists at stores
  
• Support our merchant with Software or Hardware questions to ensure smooth operations

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• A passion for robots and innovative technologies, and a willingness to learn about our operations
• Driver’s license for manual transmission and ideally, previous experience driving a van
• Good self-discipline & time management
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluency in English and German languages
• Eligibility to work in Germany

Beneficial:

• Previous experience in a logistics, operations, or technician role
