We're looking for a Technical Team Lead to join our Operations team in Finland.
You’ll lead and guide our robot technicians to deliver high-quality support and solutions. You'll be instrumental in optimizing the technical performance of our robot fleet, ensuring its high performance, reliability, and seamless service delivery.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the technical team, both on-site and remotely
- Communicating company goals, safety practices, SOPs, and deadlines to the team
- Keeping the service running smoothly while improving tools, processes, and standardizing equipment
- Overseeing and improving maintenance processes, shifting from reactive fixes to planned repairs
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like robot health and service tickets
- Using data to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Scheduling and approving team timesheets
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Assisting in enhancing internal tools and workflows for better efficiency

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in managerial or team lead roles (preferably in product/service engineering, technical support, or maintenance leadership)
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and motivating diverse teams, both on-site and remotely
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency in tracking KPIs and analytics
- Strong technical background in engineering principles (mechanical, electrical, or robotics)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (especially hardware teams)
- Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, or a related technical field)
Beneficial:
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or other process improvement methodologies
- Prior success in tracking KPIs and using tools like Jira for quality management
