Customer and Merchant Support Agent

We're looking for a Customer and Merchant Support Agent to join the team who will assist customers with their inquiries and provide dedicated support to our valued merchants, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences for everyone. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
To be an eligible candidate you need to have a valid TRP/Visa to work in Estonia!
NB! Please note that this role will be hired through staffing platform GoWorkaBit (no employment contract) but you will be integrated into our company culture and will work closely with our team members. You will be one of us! The salary for this position starts from 8.20€/hour and the work is shift based (morning, afternoon, night shifts), with up to 40 hours a week workload.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and partner requests efficiently via chat, phone, email and escalations.
- Resolve customer and partner inquiries, issues, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage and escalate requests when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Utilize internal tools proficiently, including Zendesk, Slack, and Confluence.
- Report customer and partner feedback to the relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements & Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Adaptability and resilience when facing new challenges or changes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and requests.
- Valid Estonian working and living permit is required!
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
Work Environment:
- During training and probation, you will be required to work fully in the office.
- After probation period we offer a hybrid work model, providing the flexibility to work from home or in our Tallinn office. This job can't be done remotely from abroad!
- Office Presence: You will be required to work from the office at least one day every five shifts. (Min20%)( After the probation period.)
- Overnight Shift: You will be required to take at least one overnight shift (23:00 - 07:00) every five shifts. (Min20%) (After the probation period.)
