We are seeking a commercial-minded Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will lead the success and growth of our strategic accounts, managing the entire Customer Success process, from Onboarding to Renewal, with a strong focus on expansion.
You’ll build strong relationships, deliver impactful solutions, and help customers achieve their goals while aligning with Starship's growth ambitions. This role requires strategic insight, customer-focused thinking, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
This position can be based in Estonia or Finland, with no relocation offered.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Growing and expanding existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities within current partnerships and enhancing their value
- Overseeing the Customer Success process, including Onboarding, Adoption, Renewal, and Expansion
- Delivering value with recommendations, benchmarks, and best practices in every interaction
- Conducting Business Reviews to track and drive customer goals
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and engaging senior leaders
- Creating success plans tailored to each customer’s strategy and objectives
- Acting as the customer’s voice, sharing feedback with the Product team
- Supporting customer advocacy through case studies, webinars, and references
- Managing churn risk and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support for a seamless experience
- Using data to assess customer health, address adoption gaps, and provide insights

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
- 3-5 years in customer success, strategic accounts, consulting, sales, or similar, with experience in large, strategic accounts
- Fluency in Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
- Strong independence and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated proactivity and leadership in managing and growing client relationships
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau and Google Sheets, and skilled in data visualization
- Capability to develop, review and guide quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist with decision-making issues
- Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong prioritization abilities and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Capacity to balance multiple priorities and workstreams
- Eagerness to learn and quick to jump in to help solve problems
